Today's good news...
Barb Daily was telling me that her mother (who is of sound mind) who moved into St. Elizabeth's last month is having the same emotions as Mom. There are days that she likes it, but more than not, she's telling Barb that she doesn't like it - she doesn't know anybody, she doesn't know where things are, she doesn't want to do activities. So at least we're not alone and neither is Mom. It's going to take time, but eventually she's going to get used to it, right?

Yes, you're correct, she will.
I made the dreadful mistake of taking Mom's big spathiphyllum plant to her room. She had been very attached to it before she moved, but that is no longer the case. Whoever stops in to visit next PLEASE take it away with you. I'd also suggest we give her a much smaller (fewer compartments) wallet, but then she'd probably forget that it was replaced, and blame someone at BG of stealing hers. Paranoia is a common AD behavior, BTW.
