Mom greeted her callers this morn with a look of love, deepest concern and the query "How did everything go... with um... you know, with the procedure?". She was quite worried but then calmed with assurances that all would be fine soon.
Please watch over her, Dad.
I'll pass along any updates received from Quinn.

Quinn just called from Union Memorial...Stuart & Levelle are there with her.
The good word from the surgeon is that Mom's procedure went very well. After about 4 hours of recovery and observation, Mom should be on the way back to BG.
Update from Levelle: Mom is on her way back to BGT with Megan. Stuart will meet them there and wait for Danny, who is spending the night.
Paul apparently got to BGT last night and Mom was completely packed. She told him she was going to the hospital for a few days and then going home! He helped her unpack and got her settled.

Was she asking about other people's procedures or her own?
Some OTHER person's procedure. That's how it was often in her mind since first hearing about it. Maybe that kept her from worrying more so in the interim.
BTW, it was Paul who spent last night at BG with Mom. I'm dying to know how it went.
Umm, some of us are really anxious to hear how the night went from whoever relieved Paul.
