Great time in Fla. I hope the party went well.
In case everyone did not hear the news, the USA beat Spain 2-0 on Wednesday night. It was in the semi-finals of the Confederations Cup in South Africa - the second biggest soccer tournament in the world after the World Cup. Spain is currently the best team in the world and had just beat 15 teams in a row - a world record. They have not lost a game in more than two years. Do you remember the "Miracle on Ice" when USA beat USSR in the Olympics semi-finals? This was just as big. We probably play Brazil in the finals this weekend. It will be a very difficult game for us as they just thoroughly beat us 3-0 but hey, miracles happen, right? Watch it if you can. You might just see the greatest sporting event of your life.
